I have made it my mission in life to inspire and equip growth minded leaders to find, embrace and triumph through these MASSIVE GROWTH MOMENTS and find lives and careers that are extraordinary on the other side.
The word “growth” probably has special kind of resonance with you. It’s in your DNA. A way of living. You aren't a punch-the-time-clock type. You're allergic to being average. Opposed to being ordinary.
You know that there are a handful of watershed moments in our careers when we can experience massive growth: being promoted to manager, leading a team, becoming a first-time CEO, or selling your company, just to name a few. Each can be a catalytic moment in your story, and you are yearning for the next massive growth moment.
It is gritty, messy, clunky, and can feel lonely… a bit like those awkward teenage years. Whether you’re just starting your leadership journey or are already knocking at C-level doors, the path to leadership growth is littered with unknowns, overwhelm, and insecurities. After all, you’re only human.
You don’t want to risk the ground you’ve worked so hard to gain but you might have to. It’s the price of going farther faster in your life and career. The idea of fumbling your next massive growth moment keeps you up at night. And let’s just hope you are wearing a helmet when you crash head on into the inescapable truth that “what got you here, won’t get you there.”
I know how it feels to step (or be pushed) onto a big stage as a business leader masking insecurities and inexperience behind a facade of bravado. I know how it feels to have a growth target on my back. I know how it feels to navigate the shark-infested waters of selling a company. I know how managing a board for the first time feels. I know how choosing a new team and getting them on the same page is a helluva lot easier said than done.
Business moves fast and rewards speed. Only rookies believe in the “school of hard knocks.” Business leaders who “wing it” or indulge “I learn the hard way” thinking aren’t leaders for very long. Thinking you can go it alone is a fool’s errand… but standing on the shoulders of leaders who have come before you and taking their experience to the next level is what true leadership is all about.
I have built my career around leading and coaching growth-minded leaders to go farther faster. To greet massive growth moments with confidence and gusto. To live, lead, and succeed in ways that are extraordinary. This matters to me a heck of a lot, as great leadership can change the world.
Helping to turbo-charge a talented leader’s engine is what I do. From results-focused one-on-one coaching, to game-changing team experiences, to high-impact online courses, I have plenty of arrows in the quiver to help.
A better version of you is waiting in the wings. The version of you who thinks big. Plays hard. Earns big bank. Who is in charge of your own destiny. The person your kids look up to (and no, they won’t admit it). The version of you who bounds out of bed every morning with anticipation and excitement for what your day will bring.
Too many people live to exist, instead of living to grow. They choose the status quo over growth. They don’t understand that the world kept evolving and growing when they didn’t. You’ve seen them. That guy that dresses like it’s still the 90’s and claims he’s “fly.” Or the gal hanging onto the belief from the early 2000’s that life-coaching is a “new age” thing.
“I think I’ve got this... I think I’ve got this... Do I have this?”
Congratulations! You're now on a leadership track (and your mom is very proud of you!). But the skills that got you here, aren't the same skills that will make you successful in this job.

I just wanted to tell you the training on the Personal One Page Plan is a major hit! I have received nothing but great feedback! I launched the course companywide yesterday, and have received nothing but great feedback.
I wanted to tell you how cool it was today to get to know your story better in such an inspiring way. I valued the chance to learn from you, and watch you in your element inspiring a group of developing leaders. We were chatting about your session afterwards, and all of us seemed to walked away with something.
